- Domestic property - At Least every 10 years
- Industrial Installations - At Least every 3 years.
- Buildings open to the public - At Least every 1 year.
- Licenced Premises- At Least every 1 Year
- External Installations - At Least every 3 years.
- Caravan Parks - At Least every 1 year.
- Fire Alarms - At Least every 1 year.
- Short Term Installations - At Least every 3 months.
